She was predeceased by: her father Reno "Pops" Puccinelli. She is survived by: her siblings, Reno (Rose), Raymond (Marlene), Joseph, Lawrence (Kathy), William (Patricia), Thomas (Linda), Anthony (Sandy), Rosalie (Charles), Elizabeth and Arlene (Robert); her husband Vernon "Ted" Cook; her son Kenny; her grandson Ryan; her children, Vernon Jr. (Barbara), Nicholas (Lori), Kevin (Wendy) and Stacey (Cliff); and her grandchildren, Tyler, Nathan (Maria), Corey (Chantel), Dezerae, Melisa, Adam (Abby), Bryan (Rebekah), Jordan (Justin), Britney (Josh), Derek (Britnie), Josh (Cierra), Kaedon (Tara), Madison, Meredith, Rylee, Evan and Abby. She is also survived by her 26 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and lots of family friends.
