He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Ann Allen; his siblings, Cathy Johnson, Kathleen Miller and Floyd 'Tom Miller (Monique); his nieces and nephews, Eileen and Jorgen Miller; and his aunts and uncles, Betty, Monty Spencer, Audine Kelly, Don Lee Johnson (Tamara) and Derinda Johnson. He is also survived by his parents, siblings and extended family.
