It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Lucille Blazina (Anaconda, Montana), born in Butte, Montana, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pcrusich and Ena Pcrusich; her siblings-in-law, Matt and Maria Blazina; her siblings, John, Tom, Dorothy, George and James Perusich (Spike); and her granddaughter Jennifer Chase.
She is survived by: her spouse Dell Smith; her children, Kathleen Gemar (Kate), Colleen Talbot, Cyndie and Gary Winchell; her siblings, Bill Perusich and Rose Nye; her grandchildren, Jamie, Tom Morgan, Stacy Henderson, Jim Dobb, Eric, Lexi Talbot, Hank, Emily Fabich, Everett Chase, Megan, Tim Donnelly and Tyler Winchell; her pets, Tootsie, Boone, Sofie, Willy and Ebony; and her caregiver Keith Countryman. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews she loved deeply and all the friends.
