She was predeceased by: her husband William Richard Hekkel; her parents, John Kriskovich and Irene Kriskovich; her son Tom; her siblings, Louis Kriskovich (Theresa), Mary Tonkovich (George) and Eileen Blodnick (Fred); and her parents-in-law, Anna, Kathryn Miller (John), Pauline Engleman (Ted), Benny Hekkel, Pete Hekkel, Dave Hekkel (Emma), Othelia Schultz (Bob), Edward Hekkel, Gotlieb Hekkel, Clarence Hekkel and Glen Rasmussen.
She is survived by: her siblings, John, Irene Kriskovich, Rosalie Kriskovich and Kathy Bleile (John); her children, DeeAnn Hubert (Frank), Carol Mickey (Terry), Sheila Verlanic (Ron), Nancy Moquist (Kyle), Janet Fuller (Kevin) and John Hekkel (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Marcie Maes, Chad Verlanic (Rachel Yerkich), Shannon Oswald (Nate), Kyle Moquist (Savannah), Erin Mickey, Chelsie Orrino (Cory), Tyler Verlanic (Bri Speltz), Joe Fuller, Haggin Hubert, Vatore Hekkel, Teah Fuller and Thomas Hekkel; her great grandchildren, Kain Maes, Landon Moses, Reid Maes, Taeryn Moses, Max Moquist, Kotah Oswald, Bridger Oswald and Kambree Moquist; and her mothers-in-law, Lorena Hekkel, Ruby Hekkel, Christine Jensen, Jeannie Hekkel and Adeline Rasmussen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
