Charles left this world on April 8, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Nicely and Mary Nicely (Leroy); his in-laws, Pat and Dorothy Haffey; and his son Charles Patrick.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Nicely (Haffey); his daughters, Mary Bisch (Shawn) and Mona Nicely; his brothers-in-law, Bill Haffey (Carole Fanning), Father Tom Haffey and Andy Haffey (Marietta); and his grandchildren, Aly and Brandon Bisch.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (217 W Pennsylvania Ave, Anaconda, MT 59711). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Family Church (217 W Pennsylvania Ave, Anaconda, MT 59711). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery.
