He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred McOmber and Myrtle McOmber; his brothers, Fred and Philip; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Keil, Anna McOmber and Charles Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Muriel; his siblings, Dona Harris and John McOmber (Sandra); his sister-in-law Kay McOmber; his children, Stan (Cindy), Rona (Frank), Sandy (Bob), Chester (Sharon), Scott (Leigh) and Catherine (Charles); and his grandchildren, Forrest, Katie, Emily, Josh, Brittany, Fawn, Ronnie, Brandon, Sarah, Bobby, Joey, Benjamin, Juniper, Clara, David, Derrick and Ashleigh. He is also survived by 26 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews, his family and friends.
