He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Smith and Bernice Smith (Vermander); and his brothers, Marvin and Melvin. He is survived by: his wife Dorissa; and his sons, Marvin F. Smith (Jennifer) of Washington Township, Michael J. Smith, Jr. (Leigh) of Lapeer and Mark J. Smith of Lapeer. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
