He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Haacke and Ramona Haacke; his friend Donna Grotbo; his children, Laura, Jeff and Ken; his wife Donna; and his brother John.
He founded the Jack Booth Memorial Fund to honor his late friend and provide warm clothes to local children in need.
