He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Handley and Columbia Jane Handley (Ruff). He is survived by: his sister Roberta Meyers (Betty); and his children, Michael (Robin), Duane (Denise), Charles (Susie), Vern (Renee), Don, Ron (Annie) and Deb (Randy). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
