He is survived by: his wife Ruby Faye Polk of Yazoo City; his daughter Faith Robinson (Donnie) of Pearl; his grandchildren, Tiffany Polk (Matthew), Chastitie Polk, Kimberly Fuchs and Bailee Polk; his great grandchildren, Anabella Fuchs, Emersyn Foster, Jaxon Fuchs and Addisyn Foster; his siblings, Dorothy Toler of Crosby, TX, Betty Walters (Ernest) of Hattiesburg and Kelly Polk (Carlotta) of Franklin, N. C.; his sisters-in-law, Linda Polk of Hattiesburg and Sue Polk of Hattiesburg; and his half-brother Jimmy Beard of Ridgeland.
