It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Royce Hudson (Woodland, Mississippi), born in Pheba, Mississippi, who passed away on August 6, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Randy Hudson; his brothers, Paul Hudson and Don Hudson; and his former wife Polly Nash Hudson. He is survived by: his wife Marion Mitchell Hudson of Woodland; his children, Linda Maupin (Raymon) of Starkville, Becky Hill (Tony) of Cedar Bluff, Sheila Kenfield of Woodland, Mary Jackson (Andrew) of Roxie, Danny Hudson (Anna) of Blairsville, GA, Tim Hudson (Tish) of Starkville, Matt Hudson (Lisa) of Fulton and David Hudson (Talitha) of Woodland; his daughter-in-law Gail Hudson of Monticello; and his siblings, Hilda Jane Hancock, Doyce Faye Anderson and Steele Hudson of Tillar, AR.. He is also survived by two grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren.
