She was predeceased by: her parents, James Oscar and Bonnie B. Ashley; her siblings, Billie Jo Ashley and James Oscar "Jimmy" Ashley, Jr.; and her great grandchild Jerry Douglas "Trey" of Welch, III..
She is survived by: her children, Norma Jean Wilcutt of Winona, Wanda Robertson (Don) of Winona, Buddy Wilcutt (Theresa) of Bartlett, TN, Lisa Parsons (Ronald) of Philadelphia and Donna McNeer (Gene) of Winona; and her grandchildren, Lena Meeks, Mason Meeks, Dylan Meeks, Brett Wilcutt, Abby Bowden, Rusty Parsons, Cade Parsons, Alli Reeves, Ben McNeer and Luke McNeer. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
