He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Haire and Bernice Strahan Haire; and his brother Dan Bell. He is survived by: his siblings, Sarah Posada (Herman) of Baton Rouge, LA, Linda Blakely (Gene) of Winona, Helen Haire of Cedar Falls, Iowa and David Bell (Pam) of Ethel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
