He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannie Parker; and his parents, Percy Parker (Luke) and Winnie Parker. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Amy Vlach of Kosciusko, MS; his grandson Parker Vlach; his sisters, Paulette Sims (Mickey) of Winona, Sandra Nelms of Memphis, TN and Leona Kilgore of Ackerman, MS.; and his nieces and nephews, Mark Sykes, Kimberly Sykes, Bethany Hesser, Abby Nelms, Matt Henson and Cole Henson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Oliver Funeral Chapel (113 Liberty St, Winona, MS 38967). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
