She was predeceased by: her parents, William Monroe and Alma Ree Nash Baskin; and her brother Sonny Baskin. She is survived by: her husband Burrell Huggins of Winona; her children, Rosa Lynn Alford (Patrick) of Winona, Carla Garrett (Tommy) of Goodman and Darryl Huggins (Wanda) of Winona; and her sisters, Edith Weed of Winona and Jennie Edwards of Ashville, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
