She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Forrest and Nancy Emmaline Adams Grant; her son John Wayne Blakely; and her siblings, Mary Alice Crenshaw, Bertha Blakely, John Grant, David Grant, Donald Grant, Howell Grant and Floyd Grant.
She is survived by: her husband John Pat Blakely of Winona; her daughter Vivian Hathcock (James) of Winona; her daughter-in-law Linda Blakely of Winona; and her siblings, Ann Alexander of Silsbee, TX, Jo Haynie of Grenada, Linda Lumbley of Winona and Will Grant of Senatobia. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
