He is survived by: his wife Donna Rider Neal; his son Scott Neal of Winona; his grandchildren, Darby Garner (Luke) and Haley Neal; and his siblings, Jeanette Dickey, Judy Rogers (Herbie) and Labourn Neal (Debra). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
