He was predeceased by: his parents, Sally Dyches and George Owen Collins; and his wife Lucille Collins. He is survived by: his son Robert Earl Collins (Sandra); his grandchildren, Gabe Collins (Mindy) and Marshall Collins (Haley); and his great grandchildren, Owen of Hot Springs, AR, Grayden of Hot Springs, AR, Anson of Hot Springs, AR and Beckett Collins of Hot Springs, AR. He is also survived by extended family members and a host of friends.
