She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Rodgers and Lois Collins Russell; her son Michael Carlton Parsons; and her brothers, Joe W. Russell, William H. Russell and Jimmie Russell.
She is survived by: her husband Carlton Parsons of Winona; and her children, Beverly Broussard (Dave) of Tallahassee, FL and Ronald R. Parsons Sr. (Lisa) of Philadelphia, MS. She is also survived by six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to North Winona Baptist Church.
