She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Peck and Ora Mae Cutcher Hood; and her husband David "Sonny" Tidwell. She is survived by: her children, Karen Tidwell Carter of Carrollton, Paul Lambert of Jay, FL. and David D. Tidwell, Jr. of Winona. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oliver Funeral Home of Winona (113 Liberty St, Winona, MS 38967). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Hope Methodist Church Cemetery.
