He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Wallace and Irene Kyle Hoover; and his brother Steven Wallace Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Susan Middleton Hoover of Winona; his daughters, Lauren Funderburk (Mark) of Winona, Dr. Mary Catherine Hoover of Winona and Allie Reed (Russ) of Winona; and his sister Caroline Tyler (Tom) of Shreveport, LA.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
