He was predeceased by: his parents, David Franklin and Mattie Lou Cochran Tidwell; and his sister Louise Gammill. He is survived by: his children, Karen Carter (Walter) of Carrollton, David D. Tidwell Jr. (Nikona) of Winona and Paul Lambert (Betty Jo) of Jay, FL; and his sister Davie Mae Haley of Winona. He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
