He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Lee and Regina Loyce Smith. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lindley Smith of Winona; and his sons, Ricky Smith of Winona and Stacy Smith (Dionne) of Winona. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
