He is survived by: his mother Sara Austin Carpenter of Winona; his wife Cissy Carpenter of Winona; his children, Amber White (Daniel) of Lawton, DeAnna Beckwith (Brad) of Cleveland and Jason; and his sister Libby Middleton of Winona.
