He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Alton Rufus Carpenter. He is survived by: his son Anthony Carpenter of Winona; his mother Mary Jane McCorkle of Winona; his siblings, Angela Bailey of Winona and Hank Carpenter of Winona; his nieces, Shelby Hunt and Brianna Bailey; his nephew Andrew Carpenter; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bailey Hunt, Elizabeth Carpenter, Nora Lynn Hunt, Shane Bailey and Harlan Carpenter.
