He was predeceased by: his wife Jannie Elizabeth Breland; his parents, Homer Breland and Martha Breland; his children, Donnie Breland and Jeanette Seal; and his siblings, Holman Breland, Curtis Breland, Eula Mae Pierce, Revah Dickerson and Ouida Maxwell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Smith of Wiggins and Sharon Moody (A. J.) of Gulfport; his grandchildren, Andrew Seal, III, Michelle Robertson (Barry), Michael Smith (Amy), Heather Anderson, Virginia Carlisle, Kendall Seal, Justin Head, Tyler Head and Krista Gorrell; and his sister-in-law Marie Breland of Wilmer, AL.. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
