He is survived by: his wife Betsy Parrish of Booneville; his children, DeAnna Morris (Brad) of Wiggins, Austin Parrish (Taylor) of Wiggins, Christopher Kendrick (Kelsey) of Booneville, Kevin Kendrick (Brittany) of Booneville, Eric Kendrick (Kayla) of Booneville and Kimberley Shumaker (Josh) of Boonville; his grandchildren, Chloe Morris, Rowdey Parrish, Brently Kendrick, Callie Kendrick, Hadley Kendrick, Miller Kendrick, Blake Schrock, Charleigh Kendrick, Remington Kendrick, Brady Kendrick, Ben Kendrick, Brantley Shumaker, Luke Shumaker and Wren Shumaker; his siblings, Kitty Bowden (Don) of New Orleans and Theodore "Ted" Rushnak (Kathleen) of Florida; his nephew Jonathan Rushnak (Georges); his niece Michelle Lee Cruz; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jozef Cruz, Elijah Fowler, Alexandria Perez and Annaliese Fowler.
