He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Bilbo and Ethel Stewart Bilbo; his wife Faye Lee Bilbo; his daughter Pamela Bilbo Wallace; and his siblings, John Bilbo, Harold Bilbo, Leroy Bilbo, Monroe Bilbo, Jimmy Bilbo, Norman Bilbo, Virginia McElveen, Mary Byrd and Celeste Stewart.
He is survived by: his former wife Melba Walters; his daughter Sandra Bilbo Bass (Houston); his siblings, Alonzo Bilbo (Jane) and Patricia Badeaux (Rusty); his grandchildren, Brent Wallace (Lacy), Diana Wallace Hensarling (Ryan), Danica Wallace Buchanan (Matt), Kayla Bass Buchan (Jared), Cara Bass Schlosser (David) and Houston Stewart Bass (Adriana); and his great grandchildren, Maelyn Wallace, Nolan, Harper Hensarling, Abbi Buchanan, Olivia, Jackson Buchan, Warren and Henry Schlosser.
