He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jean Formica of Wiggins, MS; his children, Mary Formica of Jackson, MS, Teresa Formica of Gulfport, MS, Cierra Powell (Sam) of Biloxi, MS, Mollee Formica of Wiggins, MS, Pete Formica Jr. of Perdido Key, FL, Anthony "Tony" Formica of Biloxi, MS, Conrad Formica of Ocean Springs, MS and Chase Formica of Wiggins, MS; and his stepchildren, Melissa Schroeder (Wade) of Perkinston, MS, Tonya Sleaseman (Rodney) of Ocean Springs, MS, Tina Heathcoe of Wiggins, MS, Shannon Harwell (Joey) of Biloxi, MS, Richard Bond (Jennifer) of Wiggins, MS and Billy Murphy (Melinda) of Biloxi, MS. He is also survived by many grandsons, granddaughters, other family members, and friends.
