With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nella Ruth Rogers (Wiggins, Mississippi), who passed away on January 9, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollis Batson and Carrie Miller Batson. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Elaine "Laney" Wesson (Harold), Alice Patterson (Jack), Ernestine Blackwood (Charles), Harmon Batson and JD Batson (Ethel); her husband Rayford C. Rogers; her children, David Rogers (Patty) of Perkinston, Lowell Rogers (Karen) of Seminary, Eric Rogers (Janet) of Perkinston and Carol Sellers (Jim) of Perkinston; her grandchildren, Daniel Rogers (Jenna), Beth Breland (Jason), Lillian Sims (Tyler), Austin Eure (Taylor), Stephen Eure, Lincoln Rogers (Julia) and Grace Kemberling (Ted); her great grandchildren, Brice, Barrett Rogers, Grant, Allie Breland, Valerie, Langdon Sims, Noah, Eden, Cade Eure, Luke, Nella-Jean Rogers, Ellie and Collins Kemberling; her sister Jane Jackson; and her sisters-in-law, Ethel Batson, Sue Batson and Joyce Rogers.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in her memory to her church First Baptist Church Wiggins.
