She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Roy Perkins Jr. and Gloria Dawn Baatz Perkins; and her sisters, Roxanna Jean Zimmerman, Phyllis Ann Smith, Carla Kay Perkins and Rowena Lynn Payne.
She is survived by: her husband James Lee Foster of Wiggins; her children, Stacie Dawn Collier of Dallas, April June Parker of Perkinston and James Dean Foster of Wiggins; and her siblings, Karan Sue Smith of Indiana and Phillips Mark Perkins of Brooklyn.
