He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fulton and Georgia Fulton; his son Ronald Fulton; and his sisters, Ida Grace Fulton and Francis Orr.
He is survived by: his wife Camilla Jean Fulton of Bond; his children, Connie Roberts of Ohio and Nancy Seely (James) of San Angelo, TX; and his stepdaughter Melissa Seal (Dale) of Wiggins. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
