He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin Scott and Lula Mae Scott. He is survived by: his daughters, Sonja L. Dedeaux, Gilda Mylissa Scott and Allison M. Hayes; and his close friend Glenda Cobb. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Service (1115 W College Ave, Wiggins, MS 39577). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the Woodlawn Cemetery.
