He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Simpson Wilkins; his parents, Drew Wilkins and Dorothy Wilkins; and his brother Joe Wilkins. He is survived by: his sister Mary Glenda Hoover (Jerry); his daughters, Jennifer Robinson (John) and Stefanie Mallard (Randy); his grandchildren, Emily Mallard, Drew Robinson, Joshua Mallard (Joy), Nathan Mallard, Brandon Robinson, Rebekah Mallard, Sarah Mallard, Jason Robinson and Elijah Mallard; and his great grandchild Isaiah Erne Mallard.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
