He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Ruth "Jack" and Frank A.; and his sister Emily Herring (James). He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Billy and Michelle Rhoades; his grandchildren, Becca, Leigh Ann and Jadyn Rhoades; and his great grandchild Violet Rose Rhoades.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
