He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudie Byrd and Charlotte Byrd; his son Todd Byrd; and his grandson Bradley Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Byrd of Bond Community; his children, Clark Byrd (Vicki) of McHenry and Tracy Ealy (Tim) of Wiggins; his grandchildren, Emily Ealy Goff (Jonathan) of Wiggins, Rayner Lizana (Nikki) of Gulfport, Patrick Lizana (Heather) of McHenry and Maureen Ishee (Tyler) of McHenry; his siblings, Anita Lee of St. Martin, Alfred Byrd and Arlene Owens of St. Martin; and his close friends, JoJo Kirkland of Wiggins and George Bryan of Wiggins. He is also survived by Eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Service (1115 W College Ave, Wiggins, MS 39577). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Service - Wiggins (1115 W College Ave, Wiggins, MS 39577). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at the Wiggins City Cemetery.
