He was predeceased by: his father Louis F. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Gayle; his daughters, Sarah Smith Craft (Levi) and Meredith Smith; his granddaughter Mikayla; his brother Jason; his nieces and nephews, Dylan, Shay and Lucy; his stepchildren, Rachel Crump, Patrick Crump (Casey) and Phillip Crump (Skylar); his pets, Lita and Lisette; and also Suzanne Phillips Smith.
