He is survived by: his pet Caesar; his wife Debbie Hill Billington; his children, William Morgan Billington, III (Katie) of Charlotte, Gary Steele Billington (Elyse) of Charlotte, Ross Wallace Billington (Lorianna) of Starkville, Mississippi and Lauren Renee Billington of Jackson, Mississippi; his grandsons, William Morgan Billington, IV and Avery Alexander Billington; his sister Jill Beard (Don) of Lubbock, Texas; his nieces, Heather Sullivan (James) of Lubbock and Michelle Clevenger (Scott) of Hart, Texas; his sister-in-law Donna Ross (Scott) of West Point, Mississippi; his niece Katherine Ross Stringer (Glen) of Columbia, Mississippi; his nephew Stephen Scott Ross of West Point, Mississippi; his great-nephew Ross Edward Stringer; and his caregivers, Minnie Pearl Booker, Jerry Collins, Betty Davis and Jeanette Smith.
