He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Alice Latham White and Charles Marion Allen (Vara Lee); his brothers, Bobby Wayne Allen and Roy Lane Allen; and his grandson Jason Hatfield.
He is survived by: his wife Georgia Louise Phelps; his children, Donna Velez of Millington, TN, Debbie Hatfield of West Point and Thomas Earl Allen Jr. (Kim) of Maben; his granddaughters, Mamie Easley (Charlie) of Starkville and Macie Gore (Trent) of Maben; and his great grandchildren, Lucie Kathryn Easley and Tinslee Marie Gore.
