She was predeceased by: her parents, Chess Featherston and Ora Faye Harrison Moore; her husband John Wesley Abrams; and her siblings, Louise McCrary, Stella Ming, Flossie Cummins, Nan Hammack, Joyce Faye Moore, Charles Moore and Chess Moore, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Randy Thomas of West Point; her stepdaughters, Darleen Pearson (Johnny) of Raymond and Dale Mobarak (Greg); her grandchildren, Beverly Wells (Chris), Shawn Thomas (Erin), David Mobarak, Mary Mobarak, Stacey Scott (Doug) and Amber Gerald (Luke); her brother David Moore (Patsy) of Daphne; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Dallas of Meridian and Guy P. Hammack of Columbus. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memorial Garden Cemetery (98 Hazelwood Rd, West Point, MS 39773). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Garden Cemetery West Point (98 Hazelwood Rd, West Point, MS 39773).
