It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Rosenkrans of West Point, Mississippi, born in Amory, Mississippi, who passed away on July 17, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald C. Wood and Fay Wood; and her sister Dr. Sara Smelcer. She is survived by: her husband Ben of West Point; her son Mark of Atlanta; her brother Charles Wood (Lanelle) of Hoover, AL; and her nephew Sam Smelcer of Ecru, MS.
Due to the Covid-19 virus a family graveside service will be conducted at Memorial Gardens Park in Oktibbeha County with Rev. Darian Duckworth officiating.
