Sherry Prather Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2023, at the age of 58, Sherry Prather (West Point, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Ann Greenwood Wooten and Lucian Edward Wooten. She is survived by: her husband Felix Prather of York, AL; her children, Sarah Prather, Marianna Prather Chauvin (Russel), Cara Prather Dyer (Wesley) and Nate Prather (Courtney); her brothers, Lucian Allison (Linda), Shannon (Paula) and Buck Wooten (Lori); and her granddaughter Darcy Rain Chauvin.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, please honor her memory with the gift of organ donation—her donation will restore the gift of vision to the recipients of her corneas. Please make monetary donations to St Jude Children's Hospital, Samaritan's Purse, or First Christian Church of West Point, MS.
