She is survived by: her husband Scott; her children, Brian Glusenkamp (Jessica), Heather Hollingsworth (Jeremy) and Matt Glusenkamp (Casey); her grandchildren, Austin Coggins, Collin Coggins, Julianne Glusenkamp, Jake Glusenkamp, Presley Glusenkamp and Emma Blake; her in-laws, Kevin Glusenkamp (Trudy), Todd Glusenkamp (Leann), Karen Sullivan (Mark), Chellie Revord, Marcie Waller (Gerald), Joyce, Jim Longanacre, Diana Revord and June Glusenkamp; her grandson Brody Glusenkamp; her friends, Doug, Sylvia Colvin, Kathy Adams, Burt Nix, Alton Panel, Jeremy Hollingsworth, Dr. Paul Seago and Dr. Amber Borden of Sherie's Gentiva; and her caregivers, Hannah and Ashley.
