We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2024, at the age of 79, Sarah Shurden of West Point, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Preston Shurden; her daughter-in-law Michelle Eddy Spencer; her siblings, Donna Walker, Mary Akins, Billy and J. W. Coleman; and her parents, J. B. Coleman and Annie Estelle Card Coleman.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Spencer Clardy (Earl) and Chris Spencer; the parent of her children Nicky Spencer; her stepsons, David Shurden (Jill) and Darius Shurden (Gena); her grandchildren, Nat Spencer, Nicole Clardy Barksdale (Blake), Kristen Spencer Gosa (Joshua), Austin Clardy (Jessica) and Dessirrie Clardy; her great grandchildren, Sarah Cade Barksdale, Aria Gosa, Issac Barksdale, Josh Gosa, Coleson Clardy, Wesley Spencer, Lauren Spencer and Bodie Clardy; her sister Virginia Gillespie; and her sister-in-law Judy Coleman.
