He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Quay Smith Palmer. He is survived by: his father James Robert Palmer (Margie R. Palmer) of Eggville; his wife Melony Palmer of West Point; his children, John Palmer (Lorenda) of Jumpertown, Caleb Palmer of Tupelo, Roy Kyle Palmer of West Point and Julia Anne Gracie Palmer of West Point; his brothers, Steven Palmer (Kim) of Eggville and Mark Palmer (Lea) of Baldwyn; and his grandchildren, Caiden Bryce Palmer, Bryson Palmer, Samantha Paige Garner and Gregory Richard Garner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
