He was predeceased by: his father James Ralph Hall. He is survived by: his mother Vernell Hamilton of Lenoir City, TN; his siblings, Jimmy Hall (Nancy) of West Point and Carol Britt (Billy) of Calhoun, Kentucky; his children, Shauna Cliett (Clark) of West Point and Marc Hall (Ashley) of West Point; and his grandchildren, Justice Blakeney, Sarah Cliett, Chandler Cliett, Collin Hall, Levi Hall and James "Jimmy" Hall.
