It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Garcia (West Point, Mississippi), who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Garcia and Maggie Cantu Garcia; and his wife Carrie Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Garcia of West Point and Lisa Andresen of West Point; his brothers, Roy Garcia Sr. of Texas and Julius Garcia of Texas; and his grandchildren, Adam Andresen, Ronald Garcia (Morgan), Stephen Garcia (Heather), Mary Catherine Garcia and Christy Weaver. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
