She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jackson and Hattie Jane Young (Lockley); her husband Kenneth Lafayette Farrar; her son-in-law Reverend Don Barnett; her brothers, James, Henry, Sidney, Samuel and Salter Young; and her half-sisters, Lillian Card, Maggie Gilmore, Lola Mae Pratt and Rosie Lee Kinman (Farrar).
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Ann Farrar Barnett of Humboldt, Thomas K. Farrar, Sr. (Sue) of Southport and Robert "Bob" Farrar (Virginia) of West Point; and her sister-in-law Johanna Young of Ratcliff. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren: ten great-great- grandchildren.
