He was predeceased by: his father Sherrell Fox; and his brother Sherrell "Doug" Jolly. He is survived by: his children, Kayla Jolly Moon (Dally), Krystine Jolly Shumate (Andrew) and Davidson Fox Jolly (Charlsie Leonard); his grandchildren, Lorelai, Tatum, Andi-Kate Shumate and Raelyn Moon; his siblings, Sue Jolly and Bob Jolly; the mother of his children Teresa Medders; and his nephew Arick Jolly.
