He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Edwards Fulgham and Curtis Floyd Fulgham; and his son Scott Lamar Fulgham. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Cornell Fulgham; his daughters, Vicki Lynn Sevier (Damon) and Misi Moreland (Tim); and his grandchildren, Ethan Sevier, Wyatt Sevier, Kelsey Moreland, Chase Moreland and Tyler Fulgham.
